Gokhale & Sathe (G&S) has its roots way back in 1983 when Mr. Jayant Gokhale & Mr. Anil Sathe embarked on this journey together. G&S has preached its mission all through and it has remained the focus of its core practice. Mr. Uday Sathaye, Mr. Milind Ranade, and Mr. Shirish Bag, united by a shared vision, merged their practices in 1997 to fortify G&S.

To enhance its talent pool, G&S has consistently embraced individuals and institutions who share its vision and philosophy.  Since 2000, G&S has added on partners with a view to expand its horizons and integrate the experience of the founder partners with the fresh and forward-looking outlook of the younger generation. In April 2013, Parikh, Joshi & Kothare, Chartered  Accountants joined hands and merged their practice with G&S.  In 2014 and 2016 the firm set up its branches at Pune and Jaipur.

In 2021, G&S set up its ‘Family Owned Business’ (FOB) division to cater to specific requirements in the MSME sector. In 2022, G&S expanded its practice in Pune by joining hands with Shripad Godbole & Associates. G&S also set up its ‘Knowledge Management’ vertical to leverage its intellectual capital more efficiently.

Today G&S has 12 Partners specializing in different verticals. G&S continuously strives to add on to its talent pool. G&S team consists of Chartered Accountants, Law Graduates, Company Secretaries, Information Systems Auditors, Articled Assistants and other operational and support staff who play an important role in the service delivery process of the firm. The firm has 20+Chartered Accountants, 90 + Other Staff and 100 + Interns. G&S continues its steady growth catering to the diverse needs of the business community across the spectrum.
